Tomato Kothsu

Ingredients
- Tomato – 3 to 4
- Onion – 1 (Optional)
- Green Chili – 2 to 3
- Curry leaves – few
- Salt to taste
- Oil Mustard seeds
- Urad dhall for tempering
Preparation
Chop the onions. Slit the green chili in to two.
Put tomatoes in hot water , when it is cool , squeeze it with hands.
Heat oil in a pan , pop up mustard sees, uraddhall, green chili and curry leaves.
If you are adding onions, add and saute it.
Add the tomatoes adjust the consistency and give a boil.
Goes well with Dosa, Pongal , rotis.
